Scope: These terms apply to all sales of shipping containers, ISO tanks, accessories, and customization services unless superseded by a signed master agreement or purchase contract.

We keep checkout simple and transparent. Quotes are valid for 72 hours. Orders are scheduled for dispatch after cleared funds and verification. Custom work (cut-outs, insulation, electrical, paint/branding, doors/windows) requires a non-refundable deposit and full payment before dispatch. Heavy-freight delivery, crane, and special handling are billed as quoted.

2) Accepted payment methods
  • Bank Wire (Domestic & International)
  • ACH (U.S.)
  • Business Check / Cashier’s Check (orders released after bank clearance)
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) — a processing fee may apply where permitted by law; disclosed in writing before you pay (currently not available).
  • Verified Purchase Order (PO) for approved accounts only
  • No cash accepted for security and audit reasons

Banking details and remittance instructions appear on your invoice. Always call your sales specialist at the published number before sending a first-time wire to prevent fraud.

3) Currency & pricing
  • Currency: U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Price validity: Quotes remain valid for 72 hours due to fuel, depot, and inventory fluctuations.
  • What prices include/exclude: Product price excludes delivery, crane time, permits, taxes, and customization unless expressly itemized.
4) Taxes & exemptions
  • Sales/Use Tax: Charged where required by your delivery state.
  • Exemptions: Provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before payment so it can be reflected on your invoice. Taxes cannot be removed after funds post.
5) Deposits, milestones & when you’re charged
  • Standard, unmodified units:
    • 100% due to reserve inventory and schedule delivery.
  • Custom builds or special orders:
    • 50% deposit (non-refundable) to begin fabrication/procurement.
    • 50% balance due prior to dispatch (after you approve progress photos/specs, if applicable).
  • Accessories shipped loose: 100% at order unless bundled with a custom build.
6) Invoicing & remittance
  • Invoices list item details (size, type, condition/grade), serial/container numbers where applicable, delivery method, depot origin, taxes, and surcharges (if any).
  • Remit payment using the exact beneficiary name and account shown on the invoice. Send remittance advice to sales@24-7container.com
7) Funds clearance & release to dispatch
  • ACH/Wire: Usually same-day to 24 hours once received.
  • Checks: Release occurs after bank confirmation/clearance.
  • Cards: Authorization at checkout; settlement on order acceptance. (currently not available)

We schedule your delivery window after funds clear and KYC/verification (if required) is complete.

8) Identity verification & fraud prevention

For your protection, we may request KYC information (e.g., company name and EIN, billing/shipping contacts, copy of government-issued ID for card payments, proof of address). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be verified, issuing a refund where appropriate.

Wire-fraud warning: We never change banking details via unsolicited email. Call us at the number on our website to verify first-time or changed instructions.

9) Title, risk of loss & acceptance
  • Title transfers to you upon receipt of full payment and tender of delivery at your site.
  • Risk of loss passes upon completed offloading and acceptance at the delivery address.
  • You (or your agent) must inspect the unit on arrival. For shipping damage or non-conformity, notify us within 48 hours with photos/video so we can coordinate repair, replacement, or return per our Returns & Refund Policy.
10) Delivery-related charges
  • Delivery, crane time, permits, escort vehicles, site surveys, and redelivery/layover fees (if site is not ready) are billable services.
  • If delivery fails due to access limits, ground condition, or no-show, redelivery and standby charges may apply.
11) Late payment, past-due accounts & chargebacks
  • Net terms (if granted): Payment is due on the date stated on the invoice (e.g., Net 7 / Net 15).
  • Late fees: The lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, plus reasonable collection costs/attorneys’ fees.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a card chargeback for delivered goods or work in progress is a breach of contract. We provide documentation to the card network and may suspend services until resolved.
12) Cancellations & changes
  • Before dispatch: You may cancel for a full product refund; booked third-party services already incurred (e.g., crane) may be deducted.
  • After dispatch / in transit: Treated as a return; outbound freight, return freight, and restocking may apply (see Returns & Refund Policy).
  • Custom builds: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins. Materials already procured and labor performed are chargeable.
13) Financing, POs & UCC filings
  • Financing/Leasing: Available through third-party partners to qualified customers; documentation and credit approval required.
  • POs: Government and approved corporate accounts only; attach your terms document if applicable.
  • Security interest: For financed or unpaid balances, we may file a UCC-1 financing statement until the account is paid in full.
14) Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after (a) inspection of returned goods at depot or (b) cancellation confirmation before dispatch. Bank processing times may vary.

15) Force majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, port closures, strikes, carrier capacity, regulatory holds, acts of God). We will keep you informed and provide revised ETAs or options.

16) Policy hierarchy & updates

If these Payment Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. We may update this policy as needed; changes apply to future orders and will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
