- Reefer containers may incur additional power management charges if temperature needs must be maintained during transit.
- If your property has limited access, tight turns, soft or muddy ground, low-hanging wires, or lacks offloading equipment — we must arrange for crane assistance, escorted delivery, or special handling.
- Additional charges may apply depending on terrain difficulty or delays during offload.
📍Important: If our delivery team encounters an unfit or inaccessible site, and the container cannot be safely delivered, we will reschedule — but a redelivery fee will apply.

- Modified containers are final sale and inspected at each customization stage

- Wind & water tightness for all certified used containers
- Operational reefer units and tanks unless sold as non-working (clearly marked)

🔹 8. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

🔐 Our Maximum Liability Is Capped
If a claim is made and determined to be valid, our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific container or service in question.
This cap exists regardless of the nature of the claim or legal theory under which it is brought — whether breach of contract, negligence, warranty, or otherwise.
This ensures a fair and proportionate risk structure — allowing us to maintain pricing and service levels for all clients.

You accept full responsibility for:
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm whether a container can be legally placed on the delivery site.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required permits, inspections, or foundation approvals before or after delivery.
- You must ensure that your intended use of the container (e.g., for habitation, business operations, chemical storage, etc.) complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- We do not provide legal or engineering advice regarding land use or code compliance.
- Once the container is delivered and signed for, any movement, relocation, or modification is carried out at the client’s own risk.
- Damage due to improper relocation, stacking, cutting, or repurposing without expert guidance is not covered.
